After a long life of growing to a big and mighty tree, it was cut down to just a stump. Left there to rot, but as nature Always tends to do it re-uses it's own creations. In this example the once so mighty tree is now a home for small animals, a place to grow for the fungus and food for some other small animals.
Durable in it's most pure form.
